Following the need for MSPS to re-locate from their previous offices in Warrington, the logical location was in the Anchorage, Salford Quays on the floor immediately above Morgan Sindall Construction’s offices.
The works included the complete re-modelling of the floor, including the installation of new energy efficient lighting, underfloor power infrastructure, structured cabling installation, air conditioning and ventilation systems, and fire and security systems. The complete refurbishment was carried out in an 8 week contract period.
