We are currently involved in the design and construction of a 250,000sqft production facility in Buxton. The project is a BREEAM excellent manufacturing site, which is utilising the latest LED technology, both internally and externally together with complex lighting controls in order to achieve this goal.
The project is a Mechanical and Electrical design and build project, and involves all aspects of the installation from the main 4000kVa HV infrastructure through to process pipework.
The construction programme is extremely tight, as the client as strict dates when production has to commence, hence close co-operation with the client and all parties involved is vital in achieving an install programme, that will ensure the client can commence his fit-out operations prior to Practical Completion.
