These buildings were developed by means of a partnership arrangement with the main contractor, and with close liaison with the client UK Land and Property.
The lighting system is a fully compliant L2 system with presence and daylight sensing, thus providing the client with all the energy saving benefits available.
This is a striking building, as it sits on the corner of the main entrance to the Estuary Commerce Park. It’s main feature, especially in the dark, is the cold cathode lighting to the roof top plant room and stairwells on the centre core, which really focus the attention when passing.
