This involved the complete refurbishment of a 3,500 square meter “1960’s” office block, into a modern energy efficient headquarters for Sefton Borough Council.
A completely new mains infrastructure was installed, together with an automatic lighting system throughout the building, offering daylight linking and presence control of all office areas. A brand new L2 standard fire alarm system was designed and installed throughout the building, together with a full containment system for a client fitted out structured wiring system.
This project was particularly challenging because of the architecture of the original building, thus leaving very little space to fit the services into the building.
