This was a traditional build office block, with a total floor area of 10,500 square meters over 5 floors. The client (Visage Imports) took over two floors, which incorporated a full Cat. B fit-out, with the ground floor being an underground car park.
The contract programme on this project was particularly tight, hence the co-operation and co-ordination of all disciplines on the project were extremely important in bringing this project to a successful conclusion.
