Brown and Company have recently been awarded the prestigious Mechanical & Electrical refurbishment of Walker House, part of the Exchange Flags development in the heart of Liverpool. It consist of the complete Mechanical & Electrical refurbishment of a 12 storey office block, which is a design and build project being carried out in partnership with Pochin Contractors Ltd for the Liverpool based UK Land and Property.
The Mechanical & Electrical package is in the region of £6.7million and comprises a Cat A refurbishment to all floors, with a Cat B fit-out to four floors, and is to be completed within an 11 month programme.
