This is a Design & Build New Build 3 storey College Building with Classrooms, IT Suites, LRC, Salons and Creche and surrounding soft landscaping.
This Learning Zone is to be a centre of educational excellence providing high quality courses for all ages in the Community up to post retirement.
The Learning Zone project is being led by Mid Cheshire College and supported by a number of agencies including the Learning & Skills Council, the County Council, the Northwest Development Agency and Vale Royal Borough Council.
Winsford’s two local high schools and Sir John Deanes College in Northwich are also involved in the project.
This project has been design and built in partnership with Pochin Construction Ltd, and project managed by AA Projects. At the centre of the design is producing the BREEAM “very good” rating, which everyone within the design team is committed to achieving.
